This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how Praxos Capital Management LLC (“Praxos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information. Throughout this Policy, we describe the specific pieces and categories of personal information and sensitive personal information we collect, the sources of that information, and how we disclose it. We did not collect professional or employment information, education data, support tickets, government IDs, precise geolocation, or biometric/genetic data.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA (for example, racial or ethnic origin, health data, union membership, precise geolocation, government IDs, financial account numbers and access codes, or genetic/biometric data), and we ask that you do not send this information to us.
We collect the categories of personal information identified above from: (1) you directly; (2) your use of the Services; and (3) third parties such as social media networks.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the rights described below. This section applies only to California residents. It covers personal information we collect on or through the Services and through other channels (for example, offline or by phone). It does not apply to personal information we collect from Praxos employees or job applicants in those roles.

You also have the right to opt out of “sales” and “sharing” of personal information. We have not “sold” or “shared” your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) in the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Policy. As our Site and Services are not directed to minors, we do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.
We do not offer financial incentive or loyalty programs in exchange for your personal information. You also have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising your rights. Certain information may be exempt from requests under applicable law. We need certain types of information to provide the Services to you. If you ask us to delete that information, you may no longer be able to access or use the Services.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request. For example, we may ask for identifying information and try to match it to information that we maintain about you. If we are unable to verify you through this method, we may request additional information from you.
If we are unable to verify your identity with the degree of certainty required, we will not be able to honor your request. We will notify you to explain the basis of the denial.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
If you would like to designate an agent to act on your behalf, you and the agent will need to provide us with a power of attorney or your signed permission indicating the agent has been authorized to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require that you verify your identity directly with us or confirm with us that you provided the agent with permission to submit the request.
Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, our Site does not respond to browsers' “DNT” signals.
The personal information we collect will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the collection or to meet our legal obligations as set forth in this Privacy Policy. These purposes may include complying with reporting, legal, and accounting obligations.
The Services are not intended for minors under 16. If we discover that an individual under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete the Personal Information to the extent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act or other applicable law.

Personal Information collected through the Site will be collected, processed, and stored in the United States and is subject to U.S. law. If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and that your use of the Site is governed by U.S. law.

By continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge the applicability of the updated Privacy Policy.
